FBS Building Systems partners with it's Vendors to provide Quality
products and Branding Visibility all the way through the distribution
chain to developers, builders and ultimately to home owners, tenants
and owner/builders.
With it's focus on Quality and Green Building, FBS' ability to
push products that delivery Quality and Superior Performance through
the supply chain is unique in the industry. Sales are typically
made directly to the project Developer and not to subcontractors
or lumberyards. This allows FBS Partner's products to be showcased
directly and brand awareness to be built with the final decision
maker for future projects, based on Quality and Performance rather
than simply price.
Our large purchase volume enables FBS to select the best possible
partner and products to be integrated into our panels even if the
product carries somewhat of a premium commensurate with it's quality
and utility. For example; one plant consumes more than 10 million
board feet of KD lumber annually at capacity and fills more than
20,000 window opening with quality windows.
FBS' co-branding strategy includes product stickers visible to
the entire project team on the jobsite, to site signage and ultimately
move in packs for the ultimate buyer of the home or tenant of the
unit or entire building.
Finally, FBS has the ability to forecast demand months ahead of
production, offering it's Vendor partners visibility to future demand
that is unprecedented in the industry.
